Slimming World 3 Syn Chocolate Caramel Pancakes

I posted this picture on Instagram the other day and a few people asked me for the recipe. This a Slimming World recipe that I have tweaked a bit to get it perfect. The chocolate addition was also my idea. If you follow SW, then these are only 3 syns because I use the oats as my Healthy Extra B Option. They are so quick and easy to make and they really make you get the most out of your HexB option.

What You'll Need:


35g oats (Hex B)
150g fat free natural yoghurt 
3 eggs
2 tbsp sweetener
1 tsp cocoa
1 Cadbury's Highlights Caramel sachet 
2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp baking powder
Fry light


Method:

- Soak oats in yoghurt for an hour (or overnight)


- Add eggs, vanilla, sweetener, cocoa and cadburys sachet - Blend together with food processor ( other recipes say just to mix it but it way smoother and more of a pancake batter texture if you blitz it up!)


- Spray pan with fry light, add a dollop in the middle of the pan and cook for about 2/3 mins and flip over


- I served mine with raspberries and a squeeze of choc shot 


This made 12 small pancakes so you could use the mixture over two days and count as half of your Healthy Extra B!
