Bourjois Air Mat Foundation

As a massive lover of Bourjois foundations in general, I always love to try their new additions to the range and Air Mat is no exception. As it's Winter, I do like to have a bit more coverage so this seemed like a good choice. Being a matte foundation I was half expecting my skin to look caked in this and then for it to settle in all the creases of my face- but I was so wrong. I apply a small dollop onto my Real Techniques buffing brush and buff buff buff like there's no tomorrow. For a matt foundation, it doesn't look really flat on my skin and it is SO lightweight- It's almost like a whipped formula, very light in texture and undetectable on the skin. It contains micronized mattifying powders to help give you a flawless high coverage without a mask like effect, it also doesn't dry your skin out so much that it shrivels up within an inch of it's life. It also claims 24h hold, but I would be horrified if anyone actually leaves their makeup on for that long!

As always- I am the shade Beige Clair. That's one thing I love about Bourjois, they keep their shade names for every foundation. Some brands chop and change them and it puts me off buying them as I don't know what shade I am and can't be bothered to fanny around trying to find out what I need.

This is perfect for those with oily or combination skin as it lets the skin breathe whilst giving the good coverage and mattifying effect.

This is available now for £9.99 but is almost always on 3 for 2!
