Latest In Beauty x Heart FM Beauty Essentials

Another new addition to Latest In Beauty's repertoire is the Heart Beauty Essentials box which jam packed with goodies chosen by the guys and gals at Heart FM. The cost of the box is £17.99 and has a total contents worth over £70.00. For me this seems a little half-hearted but you still get your money's worth.

First up is the Urban Veda Radiance Hydrating Toner- this smells a bit like lavender and a bit granny-ish- it has turmeric, marigold, patchouli and coriander. This really doesn't do much for me and smells more like pot pourri. It claims to leave you with clean, hydrated and beautiful skin. Maybe I was just unlucky with the choice as there were 4 different ones being sent out.

Next up is a sample of the Philosophy Microdelivery Peel- This is a weekly 2 step home peel. This contains one sachet of vitamic c peptide crystals and another sachet of lactic/salicylic acid activating gel. It's designed to reduce the signs of ageing and enhance the performance of other skin care products that you use in your routine. I look forward to giving this a go soon as I have never tried any Philosophy skincare products before.

Dirty Works 4-in-1 Face wipes hydrate your skin and removes your makeup whilst gently cleansing. They're also rich in antioxidants and free from SLS. mineral oils, petrochemicals, alcohol and animal ingredients. I usually use wipes when removing any leftover makeup from my eyes after cleansing so these will come in handy.

Nuxe Creme Prodigeiuse Anti-Fatigue moisturising creme revives, moisturises and protect skin from oxidative stress. This is cute sample size so will definitely be taken away with me at some point. I feel that Nuxe are in all of the beauty boxes at the moment. This also happens to smell absolutely divine.

Roger & Gallet Bois D'Orange Body Lotion- Now if you're not new around here, you'll know I'm not a fan of body lotion. This is floral scented 24hr hydration lotion which has lots of naturally derived oils in and a light texture. It leaves skin feel soft and supple without any greasy residue.

Kitsch have added 5 glittery hair ties into the mix that can be worn as a bracelet, as well as used as a hair tie. They're crease free and a bit like invisibobbles, don't create a kink in the hair.

Bloom & Blossom Bath and Shower Gel is 99% naturally derived and fragrance free- great for sensitive skin as it has a sulphate free foaming base and fortified with Vitamin E and Organic cucumber extracts. As it doesn't smell of anything I don't understand the point of it- but for those who do suffer sensitivity then it's great- but as fan as a nice smelling bubble bath this falls a bit flat for me.

Hydraluron Moisture Boosting Mask is an absolutely gorgeous sheet mask that you can feel your skin drinking up. Indeed Labs products come in simple packaging but the product totally packs a punch- this is my fave thing from the box.

LOLA Nail Polish in 'Electric Purple' is a gorgeous purple/mauve that is perfect coming into autumn winter. This is a lovely formula and two coats is all you need. The staying power is excellent too.

Last but not least we have Rimmel Apocalips in 'Kiss Me You Fool' - this is probably the longest lasting lip product that I have ever used. I won't go in to too much depth as I have done a full review HERE.

You can buy the box now from HERE.

I would definitely say that the Glamour Power Edit and LIB Awards boxes were much stronger.
