#NRWSummer Norwich Bloggers Event 9th August 2015

I was really luck to be invited to another Norwich Bloggers event on 9th August at The Garden House Pub in Norwich. Courtney, Justine and Hannah are the awesome gals that created Norwich and put their blood, sweat and tears into organising these events. I quite literally take my hat off too them because  there must be an insane amount of planning- but I'm also grateful because I get to meet lots of awesome bloggers in my area.

I met up with Charley first as we had first met at the last Norwich Bloggers event and it's always nicer to turn up with a friendly face than going in alone. This venue was perfect and so was the weather. We had the outside terrace and some of the garden for the event so it was much more spacious than the previous venue and the vibe was really chilled out and relaxed.

No sooner had I arrived it was time for yoga and even though it was hotter than hades, I showed willing and I go to yoga classes every week. Yoga in jeans though, it was boiling! Even though it was buzzing, I did feel pretty chilled out afterwards- I just felt sorry for the non-bloggers that were munching on their burgers next door, getting a view of backside whilst yoga-ing- poor souls!

Next up was a hair demo by Lucy Ferguson with 3 different easy to do hairstyles. I think even I may be able to give them ago- which is saying something as I'm useless when it comes to hairstyling.

Hannah Roberts (1/3rd of Norwich Bloggers) also did a beautiful set along with her ukulele. A true talent right there, along with being really good yoga- honestly, I think she's made of elastic!

There were also mini workshops in social media and photography which I found really helpful- especially the social media aspect from Matt. There was also a tombola and a giveaway with Just Essentials, which Charley won- go girl!

The star of the show- as Charley put it "he's looks like he's wearing mini ugg boots"
Cupcakes, Hair Demos & Goodie Bags

Makeup I wore that day: Base: Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua, Concealer: Rimmel Wake Me Up, Collection Palette eyeshadow, ArtDeco liquid liner, Max Factor puff blush in 'Lovely Pink', Mascara: My Little Beauty, Bobbi Brown cream shadow in 'Smokey Taupe' under the eye, brows: L'Oreal brow  artist genius kit, lipstick wet n wild in Cherry Picking.

Couldn't help but take a pic of this sign in the pub!

The mammoth goodie bag packed with awesome goodies like Real Techniques Stippling Brush, Curaprox toothpaste (which I reviewed here), Bee Good, Neal & Wolf, Dr Branner, Stargazer, Crabtree & Evelyn and Metcalfe's. Oh and some Kettle Chips but the bag had been devoured before I had the chance to take a pic- they were smokey bacon and maple syrup- heaven.

In the tumble, I bagged myself these awesome Timeless Truth sheet masks and also a pair of tickets to the Country Living Christmas Fair which I can't wait to go to.

All in all, a fab day and a massive thanks to Courteney, Hannah and Justine to putting this event together. It was so lovely to meet so many other bloggers.
