Disappointing Products: bareMinerals Complexion Rescue

After being completely converted to bareMinerals after using their bareSkin foundation- I thought I would give their newest release a go. The Complexion Rescue Tinted Hydrating Gel Cream. Woah- what a mouthful. Complexion Rescue a bb cream, cc cream and tinted moisturiser all rolled into one tube. It has a cooling effect on the skin on application, and blends in nice and easily. My main problem is that after application- and it settles on the skin, my dry patches become much more noticeable as the product clings to them. Also, as a glasses wearer I have found that it immediately gathers where my glasses are on the bridge of my nose which is really frustrating.

Plus sides are that it has an SPF 30, comes in 10 shades and contains no oil or fragrance so if you have sensitive skin- you'll be fine.

I have combination skin with patches of dry so wouldn't recommend this for dry or combination skin but for normal skin you should be fine and if you have oily prone skin this would provide a nice and light base.

They have also released a brush alongside this product called the Smoothing Face Brush but if you have the Urban Decay Optical Blurring Brush- it is EXACTLY the same brush, so don't waste your money.

This is now available from Escentual for £20.80
