Bare Necessities: bareMinerals bareSkin Pure Brightening Serum Foundation

I have been using the BareSkin foundation for a few months now and it has quickly become my go to favourite. You can build the coverage by adding one drop at a time and I find that using 2 drops for the whole face gives me the perfect coverage. It is the perfect shade for me- I have 04 Bare Ivory- its perfect for every day wear. My skin looks much brighter and smoother thanks to the lilac plant stem cells and vitamin c- and is really fab for wearing in photos with no flashback even though it does have an SPF 20.
The texture is very watery and easily blendable into the skin and a little really does go a long way. I also find that its fantastic that their shade range is so large- there are 20 shades to choose from, so chances are there'll be the perfect shade for you.
The blending brush that I use is the Real Techniques Buffing Brush which is a firm favourite of mine as it gets the job done quickly which is great if you are ever in a hurry or just impatient!

I had never tried Bare Minerals before this foundation as I had been put off buy the previous bases being powder- I'll always be a liquid foundation gal. This has made me want to try more Bare Minerals and with the release of the Complexion Rescue Tinted Hydrating Gel Cream (woah- Im out of puff just typing hat!) coming soon I won't want to miss giving that a go!

The bareSkin Serum Foundation is available here for £26.00 - Its definitely worth the investment and will last you a really long time.
