Lip Lovin': Bourjois Rouge Edition Aqua Laque

Bourjois have top trumped their previous release of the Bourjois Rouge Edition Matte Velvets. Don't get me wrong- I loved the colour and the wear but the smell is something that I just couldn't get over. It was a metal kind of scent of just plain weird. I made sure to smell these before I bought them.

Rouge Edition Aqua Laque liquid lipsticks give intense colour, 10 hour hydration and are super shiny too- I definitely prefer these their original counterparts. These slick on so easily, the applicator is the normal doe foot one and best of all they do not feel at all sticky when wearing them. I definitely feel like the nourish my lips and they give a slight stain too which is really pretty. Even though they are glossy- there is no feathering or need for lip liner making them super easy to use and can easily be done without a mirror if you have the lighter shades.

I opted for a nude and bright- all of the colours were lovely and hard to choose between so I swatched the 6 colours my local Superdrug had in stock even though there are 8 available.
L-R 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08
01- Appechissant - A peachy nude
02- Rose On The Rocks - A natural rose
03- Brun'croyable- A caramel brown
04- Vien Si De Roses - A raspberry pink
05- Red My Lips- A classic pillar-box red
06- Feeling Reddy- A fiery-orangey red
07- Fuchsia Perche- A daring fuchsia
08- Babe Idole- A soft baby doll pink

Rose On The Rocks 01

Fuchsia Perche 07

I adore both shades and the Rose on the Rocks is probably my favourite nude EVER.

I love them and I think you will too!

I look forward to seeing what Bourjois are going to out do themselves with next.

They are £8.99 each and 3 for 2 at the moment here.
