Kneipp Haul- The Best Bathtime You'll Ever Have!

So my mum and I went a bit Kneipp crazy after she fell in love with their Deep Sleep bath salts which are beyond divine (it deserves a post all to itself, so that'll be up soon!)

I have tried that Therapie bath salts that everyone raves about, but they're not a patch on these beauts. We thought we would basically try nearly the whole entire range with some shower gels thrown in there for good measure - they were 3 for 2 so who could pass up that offer?

I would just like to point out that each item came individually wrapped it the cutest grey and white tissue paper, with little hand drawn pictures of their products. I know most of the time you just throw that packaging into a heap in the corner, but this was just too sweet to get rid of.

Now it's time to introduce you all these wonderful bath time gems

The shower gels are Orange & Linden Blossom (l) and Red Poppy and Hemp (r)
I am in the process of testing them all and so far the Cold and Sinus Relief really helped ease my cold when I was ill a couple of weeks ago and the Deep Sleep works 100%- you'll be out like a light and the Joint and Muscle salts helped to ease my back so all in all a massive thumbs up from me. I would recommend Kneipp to anyone.

You can now buy Kneipp at Graftons Beauty

They are all currently on 3 for 2 and with some GORGEOUS sets for Christmas too!

The Day I Became A Weatherwoman - BBC Tour

Hey Everyone,

So last Sunday, Andrew and I headed to Broadcasting House in London to do one of their tours. I was probably more excited that I should have been (especially at the prospect of reading the news or doing the weather report!). We headed into the main entrance of Broadcasting House and into the Media Cafe after a security check, we were given lanyards then our group of about 10 assembled. We were talked through different studios used in a VT which was really interesting and our guide was really enthusiastic and knowledgable, so even if kids were attending (over 9's only) they would find it fascinating. Each group is adapted to who it attending at the particular time. As we went on a Sunday, it was fairly quiet, so if I was to do the tour again, I would definitely do it in the week just to see if I could do some celeb spotting! Other parts of the tour include reading the news, (in a proper set up), doing the weather report and creating your own radio 4 mini play.
We can't wait to go again, and informative and really enjoyable, fun trip for everyone.

We also ate at Homeslice for the first before we went to the tour to give ourselves some energy- AMAZING pizza and we saw Terry Wogan chowing down in there too!

Now for the snaps from the BBC Tour..

These all happened to be in the Media Cafe!

Me... WAY too excited!

Andrew recording his radio 4 play with the rest of the group

I did the sound effects- SO much fun!

All in all we had a fabulous day, and will definitely be back. If you're looking for something to do in London, I would really recommend this tour. It lasts around 1.5hr and adults cost £13.75 , it's definitely money well spent, with very easy access- it's about 3 minutes walk from Oxford Circus

Have you done the tour? What were your thoughts?

New On The Scene: Dr Paw Paw Tinted Peach Pink Balm

Hey Everyone,

So as you will all know, I am slightly obsessed with all things Paw Paw related and I'm not talking about dogs!

Dr Paw Paw have brought out a new product, which is all the goodness of their original paw paw balm, but with a peach pink tint*. You can apply to your lips, eyelids and cheeks for a gorgeous peachy glow. I have used on my cheeks and my lips but not my eyelids. The packaging is peachy pink, and the same style tube as the original product. This is also fragrance free, which makes a refreshing change.

This gives a subtle glow and looks really very pretty- another thumbs up for Dr PawPaw from me!

You can check out my Original Dr PawPaw review here

Both versions of the Dr PawPaw balm are available here for £6.95

See you soon,
