Mini Boots and TK Maxx Spend Up

Hey everyone,

Now we all get excited for Pay Day- I tend to try and not spend anything on makeup or beauty products, but it always happens that I spend more than I think I do, and then think *oohh I spent THAT much, it seemed cheaper at the time*. We've all been there haven't we?

This time, I wasn't SO bad but I did buy a few bits- nothing too extravagant but I thought I would show you anyway.

First I went to Boots as I had it in my head that I needed ANOTHER cleansing balm. I don't but Caroline Hirons has been raving over the Clinique Take The Day Off Balm so I just HAD to get it. This was £21.00 which I know for a cleaning balm is steep- but if it's good enough for CH it is good enough for me. It also didn't help matters that I had a Spend £40 and get 400 points on your Boots Advantage Card voucher. This was seriously burning a massive hold in my pocket. If I just slipped a pound or two over £40.00, it was perfectly justifiable.
So having said that, I went on the hunt for more goodies. Having loved the YesTo range so far, I picked up their YesTo blueberries cleansing wipes which are now stockpiled with all of my other YesTo cleansing wipes, along with Dr Spot spot treatment from Soap & Glory which also happened to be 1/3rd off- Boots really know how to make a girl happy! Along with this I grabbed Puffy Eye Attack from Soap & Glory too. My Eysilix nearly out so thought I would try something new.

After Boots I made a bee line for TK Maxx. They have some proper gems in their and this time was no exception. My eyes immediately glaced over to the Nip + Fab Viper Venom Extreme Night Fix- I'm always looking for night time products to try and this seemed like good choice. I have also noticed a few TK Maxx' s starting to filter in Una Brennan Skincare here and there so I grabbed these Vitamin C+ Brighten Overnight Repair Radiance Capsules.

This was my little 'haul' even though I HATE that word. From now on they shall be called 'Spend Up's'.

Here's where you can find these goodies: *TK Maxx prices are obviously lower and vary*

Boots:
Clinique Take The Day Off: £21.00
Soap & Glory Puffy Eye Attack: £8.33 usual price is £12.50 *currently 1/3rd off*
Soap & Glory Dr. Spot: £5.33 usual price is £8.00 *currently 1/3rd off*
YesTo Blueberries Cleansing Wipes: £2.66 usually £3.99 *currently 1/3rd off*
I also got some floss picks to creep over the £40 mark, which weren't very glamorous but meant I got my 400 points!

TK Maxx:
Nip + Fab Viper Venom Extreme Night Fix: £6.99 RRP £19.95- currently £13.30 in Boots
Una Brennan Super Facialist Vitamin C+ Brighten Overnight Repair Radiance Capsules: £8.99 RRP £21.99 - currently £10.99 in Boots!

I hope you enjoyed this post, feel free to leave me comment :-)
Until next time,

A x
