Butter Wouldn't Melt: The Body Shop Sumptuous Cleansing Butter

I've had this little beauty in my stockpile for a month or so, and have been wanting to use it, butr forcing myself to finish other products first.

I have been using this for the past week, and I'm in love. I haven't really used much Body Shop stuff before, but after completely falling head over heels for the Vitamin E serum in oil (which I have reviewed here), I thought I would have a go with this as I had seen Ree from Really Ree rave about it.
The consistency is exactly like butter, and you apply to completely dry skin. A little goes a long way, using about a 2p sized amount to do my whole face. I have used it to remove just my normal day makeup, but even on heavier makeup it removes everything like a dream. No dragging, tugging or rubbing too hard is necessary. It says that you can remove with a muslin cloth or just rinse off. I have tried and tested both ways and even when rinsing off alone it leaves no tacky or icky residue. It is suitable for all skin types and I highly recommend it.
My skin feels smooth, refreshed, squeaky clean and sumptuous as the name suggests. The scent isn't overpowering and the packaging is simple and plain, which is fine by me- no unnecessary packaging, and you can keep the tin afterwards if you fancy (not quite sure what for.. earrings maybe?)
All in all, a lovely little product and just a snip at £12.00 - The Body Shop currently has 25% off all online purchases here so grab yourselves one!
Have you tried this?

Why not tweet me @amiisteward

Until next time

A x
